The opening list

If you choose to join, JaeTrains collects your email address and a record of your permission, including when you signed up and the consent wording. This information is used to notify you when The Foundational Five opens for enrollment. Joining does not enroll you in coaching or create a payment obligation.

The free checklist does not require an email address. Your program fit-check answers are used only in the current page and are not submitted or stored on our server.

Storage and service providers

This site is hosted directly on Cloudflare Pages. Opening-list records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. For abuse prevention, we also store a digest derived from connection information in short-lived request counters. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers.

Use and retention

We do not sell your opening-list information. The list is intended for the enrollment-opening update, not an ongoing newsletter. Records are kept while the opening list operates, unless you request removal sooner. We do not collect payment details, workout logs, health history, or date of birth on this site.

Remove your email

Enter your address below to leave the opening list and delete the stored email record. We keep a one-way hash of removed addresses to prevent accidental re-subscription through this form. The form gives the same response whether or not an address is on the list.
